A Poem by e.e. cummings

We love the poems of e.e. cummings. We feel he touches into that deep marrow of our hearts. The following poem written by e.e. cummings is a favorite.

love is more thicker than forget
more thinner than recall
more seldom than a wave is wet
more frequent than to fail

it is most mad and moonly
and less it shall unbe
than all the sea which only
is deeper than the sea

love is less always than to win
less never than alive
less bigger than the least begin
less littler than forgive

it is most sane and sunly
and more it cannot die
than all the sky which only
is higher than the sky.
e.e. cummings

We can go on and on about kissing. However, yesterday we came across this wonderful verse about kissing in the book A Year With Rumi by Coleman Barks. We received the book from Cassie and Nick,a wonderful couple we married last August. Thanks.

The Price of Kissing
I would love to kiss you.
The price of kissing is your life.

Now my loving is running toward my life shouting.
What a bargain, let’s buy it.

Beautiful. Enjoy and kiss that special someone!
